Business Planning Cascade (BPC) – 2019
The Business Planning Cascade (BPC) is Shell’s annual event, held across all business divisions, to communicate and align Shell’s global and local business priorities for the year ahead with staff, retailers, and business partners.

The event serves as a platform to engage with retailers, review company performance from the previous year, celebrate achievements, and recognise outstanding contributions from high-performing retailers, suppliers, site staff, and Shell Retail Head Office teams.

BPC also provides an opportunity to share and align on the upcoming year’s business priorities — in this case, 2019 targets and strategies — ensuring a united approach to driving success across the Shell network.
