The Exxaro 2026 CEO Safety Summit delivered a powerful, large-scale hybrid experience that brought together 1,750 industry stakeholders  in person and 500 on livestream under the unifying theme “Powering Safety with One Voice.” Designed to reinforce Exxaro’s Zero Harm commitment, the two-day summit created a high-impact platform for leadership alignment, employee engagement, and sector-wide collaboration.

We delivered full end-to-end event production, transforming the CSIR precinct into a fully integrated, purpose-built summit environment. This included the design and installation of a custom-built marquee infrastructure, advanced AV and broadcast systems supporting hybrid delivery, and a cohesive creative direction applied consistently across all event touchpoints.
